These services are available to applicants seeking assistance in obtaining full time permanent employment. This is achieved through job search, resume writing, interview preparation and job referrals.
These services are also available to other UUIC participant's completing components such as GED
and Classroom Training.

The GED program is offered 15 hours per week in-house. Students are allowed continued attendance based on academic progress and receive a stipend for each hour of class attended. Qualified participants must meet certain grade level criteria and be at least 16 years of age when starting classes.

This program provides students with funding to attend
some private schools, state operated technology centers and community colleges in the Oklahoma County area.
Emphasis is placed on high demand fields that prepare participants to
find employment once training is completed. Students will receive a stipend for each hour of actual class attendance. Students will be required to abide by policies set forth by UUIC, as well as the schools policies.
To be eligible you must be
American Indian or Native
American, unemployed, underemployed or low income and a resident of
Oklahoma County within our service area.
